All of our products are covered by our warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty is in accordance with Swiss standards and is valid, unless communicated differently, for a period of 12 months from date of shipment. Buddha Pants Switzerland (represented by Nalubi Yüce) retains the right of sole decision concerning any warranty claim.
General Return Policy
The customer has the right to return a product within 14 days without giving a reason. An item can be exchanged if the stock-situation allows it or may be reimbursed, provided it is returned in perfect condition. Returns are only acceptable if the item is returned in its original packaging and product and packaging are in a condition allowing a third party resale.
Returns of international shipments
Any taxes and/or charges for international returns (freight, customs taxes/charges, VAT etc.) are to be born by the sender. Important: Please declare “return-goods” on the customs declaration form and attach proof of the original purchase in order for the customs officer to correctly declare the shipment.
We kindly ask our customers to check the shipment immediately after receipt for conformity with the order as well as the attached packing-slip, defects in manufacturing and transport damage. Shipping mistakes, defects or damages are to be communicated to Buddha Pants Switzerland (represented by Nalubi Yüce) immediately and the affected products are to be returned. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, non-used and complete.
For mistakes in shipping Buddha Pants Switzerland (represented by Nalubi Yüce) agrees to supply the customer with the correct product, given its availability. If an item is not available, the purchase price will be reimbursed after the receipt of the return of the mistakenly shipped product.
Defects in manufacturing
Defective or damaged products must be returned within 5 days after receipt together with a detailed description of the defect. Buddha Pants Switzerland (represented by Nalubi Yüce) will inspect the returned product.
Any damage occurred during transportation must be communicated to Buddha Pants Switzerland email@example.com within 48 hours after receipt of shipment along with details and pictures showing the damage, otherwise any claim for replacement or reimbursement shall expire.
Shipping charges for returns for whatsoever reason are always to be born by the customer. At request of the customer, these will be refunded in cases of returns due to shipping mistakes, defective product or transport damage.
Returns are always at the customer’s risk.
Any other claims or disputes will be settled in accordance with Swiss National Law.
